Job Description of Route to Market Officer
An exciting vacant position has arisen at East Africa Bottling Share Company – Ethiopia for the role of Route to Market Officer. East Africa Bottling Share Company ( EABSC) works with the world’s most cherished trademark; invests in the most sophisticated production system in the world and employ people who are prepared to work with passion and focus. The position is structured to report to Route to Market Manager.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct EDS in assigned areas
- Managing EDS process
- Prepare and organize EDS in the assigned area
- Manage mapping process
- Executive implementation of RTM model
- Prepare design, KPI and management tools to maintain the RTM Model
- Managed RTM project performance
- Recruit and select staff
- Manage training & coaching
Skills, Experience & Education
- First Degree in Marketing/Management/Business Administration/ Economics or related field of study with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Must have valid minimum Automobile/2nd grade driving license
