Phoenix Distributors Ethiopia are based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, East Africa. Our company distributes FMCG products through our own network of Sales Representatives and managed database of registered partner outlets located at different major regions of Ethiopia.
We provide and implement lucrative end-to-end route to market strategies for our partners’ brands ensuring an efficient and effective delivery of products to customers. With continuous engagement with our customers through focused interviews and surveys, we constantly update our route to market intelligence enabling us to have an in-depth understanding of what the customers want, and how they want it.
Phoenix Telecom Company is a Safaricom Ethiopia Telecommunication Agent. We are seeking to hire competent individuals who are excited to be one of the few pioneers of Safaricom Ethiopia.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Level IV or Degree in sales and marketing
- Experience in FMCG sector 1 + 2 years is preferable
- Communication skills both in Amharic and English orally as well as written
- People skills
As Salesperson, you are responsible for using your knowledge, and communication ability to sell the services to connect with clients, Agents and other related customers and generate sales for your district. The duties include developing sales pitches to sell services, by making cold calls to sales leads or taking calls from prospective customers and maintaining documentation of their sales like invoices or client contracts.
§ Be knowledgeable about the service
§ Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
§ Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs and sell them the service
§ Emphasize the features of services to highlight how they solve customer problems
§ Answer questions about the services
§ Create and establish communication line with clients and customers
§ Collaborate with colleagues in the efforts made to upgrade your communication skills, technology knowhow skills and comply to any given trainings by supervisor or the head office that will enable you to upgrade your knowledge on the services that you are selling.
§ Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
§ Prepare weekly report and discuss in person every Saturday morning to your supervisor, and gather any comments or suggestions that will improve the follow up of daily routine duties.
§ Follow up on clients and customers effectively and answer all of their questions and quires as per the situation.
